Sukiyabashi Jiro is a three-star Michelin sushi restaurant. Jiro Ono, renowned 90-year-old, the eldest and most experienced three-starred Michelin chef in the world, has been portrayed as the “God of Sushi” by media. US President Barack Obama dined at Sukuyabashi Jiro when he visited Japan, and it’s so well-received that customers find it hard to make a reservation and you have to reserve a table at least two months in advance!
