They serve several courses starting from 1,700 yen for 90 minutes. You can enjoy their high quality selection of beef, pork and fresh vegetables delivered straight from the market to your favourite soup, which can be chosen from three choices. 1. Pick your favourites from the wide range of choices at the “vegetable market”, including cabbage, scallions or shungiku (chrysanthemum greens).
2. If you like rich flavours, go for the salty soy-based broth of sukiyaki. If you’d prefer something a little lighter, try the beef tail and vegetable based broth of shabu-shabu.
3. Beef, pork, chicken, mushroom… All your favourite fresh ingredients are ready for you to cook at the table.
4. To give your beef a silky texture, beat an egg and dip the cooked meat into it. Yes, into the raw egg!
