The crispy, texture-rich and juicy 25-layered pork cutlet is one of the most popular dishes among teenagers and office ladies in Japan –all the natural juice of the pork is kept between the layers of the cutlet. With the set dinner costing around ¥2000, it’s not a cheap choice, but it’s definitely worth it. Kimukatsu also has brand stores in Ginza, LaLaport and Ekimise.
