The bar serves more than 20 types of local wine from Hokkaido to Kyushu, and each glass costs just 500 yen. The tasting set – which costs 1050 yen – is a must to try, as you get three different wines to savour.

2. New to Japanese wines but eager to try them? Jip serves a rotating list of 20 homegrown wines available for you to try by the glass!
3. At the adjacent wine shop, you can have a glass of any of the 400 bottles on site – a great way to spend an evening out with friends!
4. You’ll find the perfect dish to accompany your glass at the wine bar, with a focus on European specialties like pasta, grilled foie gras and pizzas.
