Kohaku is a new kaiseki-style restaurant in the Kagurazaka area. Delights from appetisers to main dishes and desserts are served here to attract cuisine lovers of all types, yet the chef has made some adaptations, including the use of sauce and the combination of ingredients in order to differentiate themselves from traditional kaiseki cuisine. Enjoy the performance of the chefs when they cook the dishes in front of you!

1. When you see these two traditional tiger statues tucked down a pedestrian-only alley, you know you have found the right place!

2. The wall of tightly packed bamboo, a recessed doorway and concealed lighting are all unmistakably Japanese, delivering a warm welcome to customers.

4. There is no menu in Kohaku. Like most high-end restaurants, the chef designs your meal based on what ingredients are available and at their peak.
